1. No obligation consultation

Principal broker, Carl Hauschild will meet for a free no obligation consultation. This can be at your home, or in our offices in Pyrmont. At this meeting, it is best to have all parties to the proposed loan present, so we can go through your options.

2. Document preparation

While we’ll be able to give you some idea of your options straight away, over the next few days, we’ll send you privacy forms to sign, speak to lenders on your behalf, and give you a list of required documents our team needs to lodge the loan.

3. Negotiating a loan

Once we have the required documents, we will review our panel of more than 20 lenders, to find the loan that best suits you. As a mortgage brokerage, we are able to approach lenders to negotiate a rate that will work for you.

Finding the best loan is not just about the best interest rate – it’s about structuring the loans effectively to provide you with options for future investment.

We can also advise on ways to reduce mortgage insurance and guarantee a deposit.

4. Finalising your finance

With a pre-approval in place, you’ll be able to search for a property, knowing finance isn’t an issue.

Once you’ve found your property, our team takes all the leg work out of finalising the loan. We lodge the loan, making sure it meets all the bank’s requirements.

Carl will consult closely with you at this stage, to make sure you provide all the documents the bank needs, and you’re fully updated at each step.

4. No cost to you

It is important to understand that this service is of no cost to you.

The banks pay us an upfront commission, and we receive a small trailing commission for the life of your loan.

The money received from your loan is declared upfront, and the process is fully transparent.

This does not increase the cost of your loan.
